Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@breezyorganicskincare.com with your order number and details.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after inspection of the returned item(s).
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to the personal nature of our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund. Products cannot be exchanged or returned simply for a different scent, size, or variation once opened or used.
