At Breezy Organic Skincare, we process all orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 CAD (before taxes).
• Flat rate of $12 CAD for orders under $75.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days within Canada (depending on location).
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days within Canada.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@breezyorganicskincare.com with your order number and details.

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after inspection of the returned item(s).

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to the personal nature of our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund. Products cannot be exchanged or returned simply for a different scent, size, or variation once opened or used.

Each bar comes wrapped in 100% recycled paper — fully recyclable, just like it should be. For a truly minimal footprint, choose our label-free option in-store or request your bars ‘naked’ — pure luxury for your skin and the planet.

Use: Just add water and let the lather work its magic. Glide over skin, breathe in the goodness, and rinse away — leaving nothing but silky softness behind.

Caution: For external use only. Keep out of eyes (soap and eyes are not friends). If they meet, rinse gently with cool, clean water.

Each Breezy bar is a one-of-a-kind creation. Due to the artisanal, plant-based nature of our craft, variations in colour, shape, design, and botanical toppings are to be expected — and celebrated. These natural differences are the hallmark of true handmade luxury, ensuring your bar is as unique as the skin it cares for.

Every bar is crafted with the finest organic and natural ingredients, but even nature can trigger sensitivities. Please read the ingredient list carefully, especially if you have known allergies to botanicals, essential oils, or natural fragrances. Our scents are intentionally kept mild to medium for a gentle experience. If you notice any redness, itching, or irritation, discontinue use immediately.

Our scents come only from organic, pure essential oils — blended to a mild-to-medium strength for a refreshing, never overpowering aroma. We carefully source from trusted suppliers in Canada, USA, and Europe. You’ll never find artificial fragrances here, as they can be harsh on the skin and are not aligned with our commitment to natural, health-conscious care. Only nature’s true aromas.

Naturally Derived Shades

Every Breezy bar carries its own natural hue, shaped entirely by the raw ingredients within. We never use synthetic dyes or micas — only the quiet colors born from botanical powders, clays, herbs, fruits, roots, and butters.

From creamy ivory and sunlit beige to soft greens, muted rose, and earthy golds, each shade reflects the true character of its ingredients. The base oils — olive, coconut, shea, cocoa, and castor — lend a rich, buttery tone, while add-ins like turmeric, spirulina, rhubarb, or charcoal bring subtle depth and personality.

Slight variations from batch to batch are part of our craft — proof that your bar is handmade, authentic, and alive with nature’s touch.
